In this article, we will learn how to set a Powtoon as a Company template. A company template is a Powtoon that will be available to the entire organization to use.
Creating a Company Template from a Powtoon
If you have already created a Powtoon, you can set it as a company template, for your entire organization to use.
- Locate the Powtoon you want to use, and click on the three vertical dots.
- Select the option Save as template.
- In the pop-up window, you will need to confirm the title, and add an optional description.
Where are my company templates saved?
Once you have designated a Powtoon as a company template, all users in your organization will be able to access them from the menu on the left hand side of the Workspace.
- On the left hand side of the Workspace, click on templates.
- In the drop-down menu, click on your Company Name.
- Select the Powtoon template you wish to use, and click Edit in Studio.
Deleting a Company Template
As branding changes, or your company moves in a different creative direction, you might want to delete a company template.
- On the left hand side of the Workspace, click on templates.
- In the drop-down menu, click on your Company Name.
- Select the Powtoon template you wish to use, and click Delete.
- Click Approve to confirm the deletion of the template.
